SUMMER YOGA RETREAT
The long, bright days of summer bring lush
vegetation to the Earth. During this time of year, we too stand forth in the
sunlight. Our determination, strength, and confidence reach a peak and are modeled
in the strong physical postures of yoga.
During this week-long retreat active yoga postures and pranayama (breathing techniques) will develop
our bodies’ optimal state of health. We will chant and study parts of the
Yoga Sutra of Patanjali, which are the means and methods of yoga and use guided meditations and ritual connect us to the source
of all creation. While open to all levels, it is most appropriate to the more
serious yoga practitioner or spiritual seeker.
About the Instructor:
Mary Morrow, PRYT, E-RYT, MBA, began teaching yoga 10 years ago. Teaching utilizes her gifts of
communication, creativity, spirituality, hospitality, empathy, humor and dedication.
She is an Anusara-Inspired™ teacher, a style
which combines a heart-opening philosophy with Universal Principles of Alignment, is certified in Phoenix Rising Yoga
Therapy, and has 3000 hours of classroom teaching experience.
Mary is available to schedule private yoga instruction or yoga therapy outside of the group process
for an additional fee.

FEE: $
400.00 Includes lodging, meals and yoga sessions.
$300.00 Commuter fee. Includes yoga and daily
lunch.
